My name is Steve and I run SocalFit personal training. I have been in the fitness business for 2.5 decades and it’s my passion to help others improve their quality of life through exercising and building lifelong habits.     Frequently asked questions

    I will sit down with each client and go over their goals & then do a fitness assessment. I'll create an efficient program design for them based on their goals. 

    I have a bachelors degree in exercise science and nutrition from San Diego State university and 22 years of experience and knowledge.

    My session rates run between $70-90/ session for 1 on 1 personal training and $90-110 for group training sessions. I also offer home training as well if preferred

    I began doing personal training back in 2001 and never looked back, always had a passion for it. 

    I have worked with athletes, high end attorneys, students,business professionals and also cops and firemen.
