A Lifestyle Of Fitness
About
I found I could re create my life in line with good health and fitness by use of smart training and recovery. And I did so after age 40.
I bring the prospective of maturity to the role of personal trainer, with a thorough assessment of clients and progressive use of load thru the Optimal Performance Training model. This can be applied to any of your goals, such as performance enhancement, balance and coordination, and recovery from injury.
I am certified by the Nat'l Academy of Sports Medicine, Road Runner Clubs' of America, and USA Track and Field.
