Fitness Training Solutions is a new fitness company, with one goal in mind. Providing fitness and fitness education to all. A one-man company, fully certified through the ISSA (Internation Sports Science Association)

I provide in depth training for people of all ages and experiences. I come to you, I bring the equipment if needed. My training includes basic fitness training, exercise equipment knowledge and maintenance, body and fitness maintenance.

I also provide fitness programs catered to your specific needs and wants. Looking for that summer beach body? I can help you get there. Maybe you are just looking to live a healthier lifestyle. I can provide the knowledge and steps to get you on that path.

Strength & Conditioning usually applies to athletes looking to step up their game, but anyone can be strengthened and conditioned. I can provide rigorous but fair training regiments for the more dedicated and determined.

My methods are simple, determine your wants and needs, assess your experience and fitness level, and go from there. I maintain a close client-trainer relationship. I'm here to help you on your fitness journey. Any questions or concerns you have, I will address to the best of my ability.
