Being in the fitness industry for 4 years I've come full circle to the mindset I have now. What I enjoy most now is helping people see the wholesome picture in whatever it is they feel is right for them. Everyone is different and I respect that by embracing people's choices and offer my value of being a guiding voice from a coach standpoint.
