How did you get started teaching?

I was always active as a kid playing many sports, it never stopped as an adult and I decided to share my knowledge with others! I increased knowledge on the subject of fitness and health as well as experimented a ton with my body. Now, after working with countless clients bringing them to success I have found my true calling.

What types of students have you worked with?

Any and all from absolute beginners to NFL players and sports althletes. I love working with people.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Took my cousin of 315lbs and got him down to a slim 205. What makes this so different was because of this he was able to begin his fire fighters academy in peak physical form and crush his competition finishing top of his class.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Do your research and go with your gut. Like I said its easy to get certified for a personal trainer (You can pass with a C) but few can put everything together and deliver results for the client.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Know what you want to accomplish with your body and health not just short term but long term as well. Where do you see yourself health wise in 10 years??? Does the person know what he or she is doing or are they learning from you? I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on coaches in all areas of my life and half of them were people I shouldn't have been listening to. You need to KNOW.
