Anyone in need in of personal training? I specialize in one-on-one training or small group/couple training. I work full time as a Physical Therapy Assistant and provide in-home training for my personal training clients on the side. My background in physical therapy and personal training helps clients achieve their fitness goals while also enforcing proper body mechanics. I am able to personalize your workouts and help with any underlying injuries or joint pains limiting your ability to work out. I am offering a special for the first session —free 1st session for a group of 2 or more. I’ve just finished setting up my gym in my garage so I can provide in home training or at my home gym as well. Please contact me for more information!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Intially we will discuss what your goals are and how we can attain it. We'll take some body measurements so we have a baseline and can check progress. We'll go over what motivates you and what type of activities you enjoy or would like to enjoy after getting into shape.
