What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Our first meeting will be a combination of getting an understanding of what the goals of the student/client are and a run through of the workout itself. Afterwards we will go into what they should expect with the specific protocol. As the client develops, the efficiency of the workouts will increase. If body composition changes are a goal, nutritional coaching will be available throughout.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$50 single session price

$45 per session when bought in a package of 4 = $180 total

$42 per session when bought in a package of 10= $420 total

$40 per session when bought in a package of 20= $800 total


How did you get started teaching?

As teenager I overcame bone cancer and was left weakened and out of shape. The process of rebuilding myself through proper exercise and nutrition empowered me so much, that I wanted to help others in the same manner.


What types of students have you worked with?

From 18 year old athletes looking to increase potential strength to Seniors looking to increase mobilty, bone density and strength.
