About
I became a personal trainer because I've been through it. At one point in my life, I was obese and struggled with nutrition and exercise. I didn't know how to accomplish my goals in a healthy way. After a lot of trial and error, my goals happened for me and they happened in a healthy way. The truth is, there are no shortcuts and there are no gimmicks. And you can't hesitate. My goal as a personal trainer is to keep my clients realistic, and to help them accept neccessary changes when working towards their goals. As my client, you will learn to accept challenges and face them head-on without hesitation or fear. We will work together to become the person that you want to be, both physically and mentally.
I have experience working with people of all backgrounds but specialize in weight loss programs. Including those that struggle with eating disorders, health issues, and body image issues.
PROGRAMS: Online Training, Booty Building, Sports Performance, Bodybuilding, Corrective Exercise, Phyiscal Therapy, Pre/Post Natal, Wedding Prep, Weight Loss
