I enjoy seeing people move better and live better. I am always looking for the next improvement for each individual in our programs and work to give people at any level something to work on to achieve better mechanics and more efficient movement.
Tim Hill was my personal trainer for almost 3 years. When I first started training with Tim, I was one of those people that went through spurts of working out and then long bouts of not working out. I was inconsistent and unfocused. I also did not think of myself as an athlete at all nor did I think that I had the potential to be an athlete. With Tim, I learned how to exercise, how to stay persistent through injuries, how to develop goals, how to view challenges and I changed my self perception as human being that loves to move. During this time, I was faced with serious health issues. I recognize that my speedy recovery from surgery was fully attributable to the cross fit training I had been doing for the last few years with Tim. Tim is super knowledgable and looks at overall health holistically. Tim was always able to give me just a little bit more to achieve that new PR, but never too much that it broke my spirit or injured me. Tim's training has put me into a mindset wherein I cannot wait to get my workout done (whether or not I have a trainer looking over my shoulder). It's not an over statement to say that my training time with Tim was life changing.
