As a personal trainer and boxing/kickboxing istructor, I will include boxing drills, kick boxing drills, mitt work, weight training, body weight training, conditioning and mobility exercises.
I enjoy meeting new people and taking on new challenges. I enjoy continuing education in my profession. I enjoy watching my clients achieve their fitness goals.
I've been a personal trainer and martial arts instructor for 20 years. I began my fitness journey in Tae Kwondo as a student and competitor. I participated and placed in serveral martial arts competitions. After a few years learning TKD I decided to persue a career as a personal trainer.
Through the nationally recognized certification company I.S.S.A. I recieved my Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning certifications. I have serveral other certification through various other nationally recognized institutions.
I'm currently running 15 - 20 classes a week that range from Boxing to kickboxing to stretngth and conditioning.
