My purpose is to INSPIRE & EMPOWER others to become their best.
I can’t tell you how many times my clients have told me how hard it was to take that first step. I am here to make that transition as easy as possible. I will teach you about proper nutrition and tailor a full workout routine for your specific goals. I have done this for people from all walks of life.
I like to motivate others to reach their full potential by developing individualized workout regimens, focusing on long-term and maintainable goals and results.
Most importantly, I’m just like you, just an ordinary guy who is trying to get a better body make positive choices and have a lots of fun doing it. I’m no drill sergeant, I don’t scream at those around me and I’ve always been obsessed with living as healthy as possible by eating healthy, strengthening my body, and sharpening my mind. I am here to help those that are on a quest to achieve the same.
I will tell you that when dealing with people who have goals it’s my job to tell you want you NEED to hear. Not what you WANT to hear.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Fitness analysis where I check your for area of work: strength and weaknesses. We will also share some tips and tools on how to keep the student aware of lifestyle habits and more.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally went to a private vocational school for 13 months for personal fitness training and got coached - personally- by my instructor who's a Strength and Conditioning Specialist for many high schools and colleges.
My certifications are: NSCA-CPT, AAAI-ISMA, Precision Nutrition lvl 1.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Typically, I have options for someone who's looking to invest in their health, learn how to use the gym, perform the exercises in proper form/techniques. For those options, I require clients to be on a 6 to 12 months commitment plan due to the nature of how habits will only change if you're consistent with a new routine. During that 6 to 12 months investments, you will be coached personally by me and we will make you into someone you never have thought you would be.
How did you get started teaching?
I was always curious about health and fitness and how training had left me feeling happy, content, and seeking to get better and more and more...
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with all ages from both gender - typically 25-50 years old. I have personally coached 1 or 2 tennis guys from a local high school and with the help of their coach, we got the guys to go to CIF.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Got 1 student weight-trained with me for 4 months, he got so good that he went to CIF and dominated his local high-schools.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do research on the teacher and reach out to him/her for any questions or concerns.
The rightful teacher will help you at the best of their abilities.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Are you commited to being successful and bringing outstanding results - not for me, but for your own life?
