Lamar was patient, kind and like no other. He help me reach my goals. Pushed me harder than I thought I could do on my own. Each week he set goals I never dreamed I could meet. Definitely would recommend him for anyone that doubts your own inner strength. There is a warrior within you and Lamar will help you find it!

Lamar is an excellent fitness instructor. He is knowledgeable about the science of fitness and shares that knowledge with his clients through explanation and demonstration. Lamar reminds clients that optimal health is achieved through exercise as well as nutrition. Lamar not only instructs, but also motivates his clients to achieve their fitness goals and general well being.

Lamar's workouts are fantastic! High energy and challenging but modifiable. He knows what moves to incorporate into his routines to give a full body workout. I highly recommend taking Lamar's classes. You won't be disappointed!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

A client of mine decided that he would increase his commitment to achieve his fitness goals by deciding to commit to working out most days of the week (4-6 days), and see his body transform.  I am really proud of him because he kept progressivley getting better.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Finding a trainer who has a why behind the "what" they are doing with you.  Finding a trainer who seeks to personalize a fitness program for your needs and wants, while helping you realize what can inspire you when you get discourage or you have low self efficacy.  I reccomend that you find a trainer who will Engage, Empower and equip you to meet your fitness goals
