I have been a personal trainer over five years now, I was the Master Trainer at LA Fitness Signature Club in Irvine for two years and over the last 2 years I started my own program out of a private training facility in Irvine.
As a master trainer I gained a lot of experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, high intensity interval training, post surgical rehabilitation and nutrition.
My programs combine strength training cardio flexibility and high intensity interval training to help you maximize the amount of fat your body burns both during and after your workout helping you slim down at a healthy pace. We will build a weekly split that will tie together strength training, cardio and a custom diet plan to help you shed those extra pounds in no time.
I currently hold 5 certifications and can help clients with everything from proper technique, to building weekly work out plan, nutrition planning, supplements, pain management and stress management.
I love helping people change the way they look and feel about their bodies as well as getting to see the great transformations my clients go through.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will meet for a consultation and discuss goals, target areas, injuries and cover any concerns you may have. We will also do a complimnetary introductory work out at this session as well so you can get a sense for my training style.

How did you get started teaching?
I played college and professional tennis, after suffering a career ending injury I found my passion for helping people through fitness and wellness.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with people of all ages and levels, from clients who are getting ready for a bikini competition to various professional athletes to clients that are recovery from an injury or surgery.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We have a free bootcamp the first Saturday of every month and it is always a great and fun event
