About

My business stands out because I believe health and Fitness is a lifestyle first. I train in weightlifting, endurance, core, and flexibility. I believe in what I do and love helping others get healthier and fitter. Nothing like helping someone achieve a goal and helping them just feel better about themselves. That's what gets me up early in the mornings Results come from staying consistent and working hard because there aren't any shortcuts for great results. I started working out when I was 18 and now I'm 48 years old and I feel great!! I always tell my clients that we're a team and we can get it done. I thank God for all of my clients because they are truly a blessing to me. Thank you Jesus! Ok let's get this work done.......💪🏿

Grayln, is by far the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. He makes your experience just that—personal. He creates an effective workout plan for his clients based on your goals and motives. G, is down to earth, passionate, and understanding, with a purpose.

    Frequently asked questions

I usually do a fitness assessment workout just to get a feel of the client. I find out their strengths and weaknesses and go from there.

I started personal training at Bally Total Fitness years ago. I eventually left the company and begin training for myself. I work with a lot of clients who are looking to build muscle and lose weight. I do work with clients who are wanting to gain muscle weight as well. All ages and sizes.
