Hi my name is Eddie Molina and I am a renegade certified instructor as well as certified in kettlebell instruction and crossfit as well . I believe based on my experience in the health industry I am the most well rounded coach you will find. I have been Specializing in home personal training for 15 years now My main age group that i train on a regular basis ranges from 18years old to 62 years old . I have over 20 years of experience in the health food and fitness industry . I am also a NASM certified personal trainer with an emphasis in helping people my age (45) and older ! Having come back better and stronger than ever from some pretty devastating injuries I am well versed in helping those rehab and train around injuries. I have owned and operated 3 health food stores for 13 years in the east bay Was a former supplement designer Played high school and college basketball having been named team captain every year I played I also am crossfit certified I have had many injuries and come back from all of them against all odds. I put a big emphasis on mental preparation and strength into my clients . My motto is that its never too late to be what you might have been . Why pick me ? I have been overfat....been injured....been hospitalized....and been doubted . Never once did i ever accept the obstacles put forth ahead of me . There is always a way . I have studied organic biochemistry as well as performance nutrition . I have owned and operated my own chain of health food stores for 13 years. I also found strikefirst nutrition and did supplement formulating as well for companies such as myogenix and xtreme formukations . I played 8 years of competitive high school and college basketball. During that time I mentored under some of the top performance coaches in the industry.
