Hi, I'm Amir!

I've been involved in the fitness industry for the past twelve years as a personal trainer, as well as a kickboxing intructor. I've held three national ceritifications including NASM and NCCPT. I've also worked for a number of well known gyms over the years, and have delt with all sorts of body types, athletic ability and injuries.

What makes my style stand out, is that not only will you see great results from my workouts, you will also learn cool moves all of friends will be jealous of!

I know that doing the same old routine gets BORING, that's why I offer kickboxing lessons as well. It's another great and FUN way to get an awesome workout, not to mention time flys when you're having fun. Not only will you burn a ton of calories but you will have a good time doing it. I provide loaner gloves for students or I recommend you purchase your own, if you choose to opt for kickboxing lessons. I work on glove drills, specialty kicks and you'll learn what a SUPERMAN PUNCH is!

Either way, everything is included when you come aboard!

They say that when you love your job, it's not really work. That's pretty much how I feel about what I do.

When clients tell me that they have to alter their clothes beacuse of the inches lost, it not only makes me feel good inside, but it motivates me not to let up! I want all of my clients to succeed in whatever fitness goals they have. Whether it be losing weight or building lean muscle or just being more active.

I guess the aspect of my clients reaching their goals is the thing I enjoy most about my work.

    Amir has transformed my body and totally changed my attitude towards fitness - he’s the best! He is a trainer/coach who walks and practices what he preaches/teaches -- always leading by example. His body is physically fit and his attitude and/or personality demonstrates sincere compassion, determination, and dedication towards training/coaching. Amir frequently shares valuable information about proper nutrition and realistic physical requirements necessary to reach your individual goals. Amir’s the type of coach/trainer who helps you to adapt, grow, and change. One characteristic I like best is how he knows when not to push and when to pull me back in order to explain what muscle you’re working on and how to make the necessary accommodations so I don’t get hurt -- he has my back! He’s the type of trainer/coach who continues to education himself on new and improved techniques. I.e. kick boxing.     I will typically assess a new clients fitness level first, before putting them through a rigorous workout. I inquire about any past or current injuries as well as any physical limitations or medical concerns.

    I find out what your goals are and help you map out a plan to reach those goals. I believe it is a team effort, and I hold my clients accountable. Consistency is KEY!
