He’s always on time, professional, and brings great energy to every session. if you’re not used to being pushed past your comfort zone , he WILL push you there ! But that’s exactly why you’ll see results so quickly. Denver works at your pace but pushes you like a good coach does. Extremely experienced as a boxer and coach so whether you are trying to fight as an amateur or just need to lose weight and be healthier he’s your guy.

I train with coach about 3x a week, sometimes at the park or at the gym so far I have lost about 14 pounds, and just did my first 5k. I hope to keep up the progress, and reach my 2027 goal weight of 150 pounds. Thx coach

Training was great I was able to lose about 24 pounds in 3 months. I also learned how to box the right way, when I return from the phillipines in 2 months Ill start right where i left off
