We are not like other CrossFit gyms. What you may know about CrossFit or see at other gyms is likely "sport". Sport means sacrificing everything to win and here at Active, we focus on overall health and wellness with the intent of living a longer, healthier life.
Our programming is meticulously thought out and is pre-scaled using the Active Level System so that you don't have to worry about being pushed to do anytning crazy. Everything we do is infinitely scalable so no matter what the workout of th eday is, we can tailor each workout to match your current ability.

At Active, we start with a free intro session which is a 60 minute, 1-on-1 trainining sesssion. We begin with a tour of the facility, have a goal setting discussion and then move into a movement assessement that helps us understand your body mechanics so we can help formulate a plan to help you crush your goals. We end the session with an aerobic workout with basic movements followed by a personalized action plan designed to tackle your goals.
For those who need more individualized programming, we offer custom programs/coaching and Personal Training and if that is recommended or needed, we will set you up with a consult at the end of your intro session. These programs are for people who have very specific goals with specific timelines and need a full service coaching solution where your workouts, sleep, nutrtiion are all programmed in sync to help you achieve your goals
All of our Active Coaches are CrossFit L1 Certified Trainers, our Co-Owner and Head Coach, Ryan Chavez is OPEX CCP and CrossFit L2 and handles all of the group and individual programming for the gym.
Group is $185/month
Group + Nutrition Coaching = $225/month
Personal Coaching Program = $265/month
