What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will interview you to learn what is is you’re wanting to accomplish. We will discuss past and current nutrition what did or did not work. We will also talk about past injuries and what needs to be done to avoid them in the future
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my NASM CET, PES. I’m Precision Nutrition Certified and I have My MS in Exercise Science. I have been training for over 30 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My rate goes down the more sessions you buy. I need to know my client is committed and they will be rewarded for that commitment
How did you get started teaching?
I was a Nationally Rank Powerlifter. I have won 6 Nationals and 2nd and 3rd in the World Championship.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with high school Athletes on their way to College and Division 1 Athletes in College. I have worked with Football Basketball Soccer Softball and Track and Field Athletes
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
that would be working with a triple jumper that went from jumping 41-42 feet to improving his jump to 47-48 feet. We did this with The Sydtem we developed and working with his jump Coach
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Hire someone you can learn from. There are many Trainers with The knowledge. This mean nothing if they don’t have the ability to transfer to the Athlete
