My mission is to help people move better and get stronger I'm one of the few ZHealth Performance brain-based fitness instructors in the East Bay. I'll take the time to re-educate you on how to properly move all your joints and move better. We'll start small and gradually (slow and steady) build your strength. This, along with helpful information on nutrition, recovery and building new habits will form the foundation of your transformation.
I've been taught by some of the leaders in the world of Strength & Conditioning within the realms of StrongFirst, RKC and ZHealth Performance. I trained hundreds of people from young teenagers, to folks in their 70's.
I love showing people the untapped potential of the human body. Every time you come to class, you will set a "Personal Bests" or try something that you've never done before.

I've studied under some of the most renowned people in the strength and conditioniong sciences. Folks like Pavel Tsatsouline, Dan John, Dr. Cobb (Z Health) have been instrumental in showing me a safe way to get people moving better and getting stronger.
