Palladino Personal Training
About
We are personal trainers who meet you at your home, office, or nearby park. We specialize in helping people who have busy schedules make the most of their workout time, so they can reach their full fitness potential. We are certified personal trainers, so we have the knowledge and training to guide you through the most efficient way to get you to your goals. We teach you proper form and analyze your movements to make sure you are executing every exercise safely and effectively. Your training is tailored to your unique wants and needs. We don't do cookie cutter programs! We start the training process by asking lots of questions about goals, exercise history, past injuries, etc and combine that with information we gather through assessments to build the perfect training plan for your wants/needs. We then meet with you at your convenient location 1-4 times/week to teach and execute that plan.
I love the "aha!" moments in training when a client learns how to move their body in a way they didn't even know was possible before. Or when a client tells me they could lift/do something in their day that they couldn't before training with me. The best moments are the moments when we reach a long term goal and feel a deep sense of gratitude for each other and journey we've been on to accomplish that goal.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We offer a free consultation to anyone interested in training. In the consultation we go over things like goals, medical/injury history, current fitness level, time commitment, etc. We may also do some assessments to identify what we think needs improvement and also to get a baseline of your starting point, so we can track your progress. Next, we create a custom training plan that accounts for everything we talked about. Then we get started with the execution of that plan to get you to your goals. We don't start everyone the same way... we meet you where you're at physically and progress you from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every trainer with Palladino Personal Training is a certified personal trainer. Our certifications are NCCA accredited, which means our certifications are recognized as being high quality in the fitness industry. These certifications require us to continue our education in order to maintain our credential. Besides the required fitness education through our certification, we are all passionate about health/fitness and love to read studies, articles, books, and listen to podcasts on the latest research/ideas coming out in the fitness industry.
