What is your typical process for working with a new student?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Sport Performance Coach and Director at a youth athlete facility in Redwood City CA. I have a little under 15 years experience coaching youth athletes from 8-18 years old in attributes that optimize their athletic outputs. Academically my credentials are:
M.S. in Sport Science from Springfield College
B.S. in Exercise Science from Becker College
B.S.E. in Physical Education from Arkansas State University
