He knows what he is doing, and will tailor the workouts to fit your abilities while still pushing you to be better. His personality makes working out fun and makes you want to continue. I start with a consultation to understand your goals, current fitness level, and any limitations. From there, I create a personalized plan tailored to your needs and adjust it as we progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified personal trainer with years of hands-on experience, including a background in MMA, boxing, and strength training.

Yes. I offer individual sessions and discounted package rates. Pricing varies based on session length and frequency—message me for current rates.
How did you get started teaching?
After serving in the Navy for over a decade and overcoming a brain aneurysm, I turned my passion for fitness and helping others into a full-time career.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with beginners, advanced athletes, weight loss clients, post-rehab individuals, and combat sport athletes.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Seeing my Special Olympics client win his First swim meet and progress as much as he has so far—it's moments like that that remind me why I do this.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who listens to your goals, challenges you safely, and stays consistent. Results come from the right mix of effort and support.
