What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I want to know what the student wants to gain or learn out of my boxercise classes also what his or her physical fitness is so we have an idea of what starting process is safe and comfortable for the individual.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a prossional boxer boxer for eight years, in that time frame I've learned various exercises and strength training. I am also a certified nurse assistant so my medical education helps me understand hearty rates the body function.

Yes I do, one on one sessions are $20 for an all over body workout if they bring a friend or would like to have a group session the classes are $5 less per person

friends and people knew of my boxing pass and wanted me to help get them in shape.
What types of students have you worked with?
i've worked with adults who wre fire men,police officers, millitary personell as well as children 7years or more in age.

watching championship boxing such as the heavyweight champion with Andy riuz and Anthony Joshua for the heavyweight championship of the world.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
never workout with someone who do'es not encourage stretching before each session or asking what your conditioning is like also your medical condition.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
ask themselves what am I trying to improve on what do I want to accomplish with my workout.
