What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We first do an assessment, we will talk about goals, injuries, medication, surgeries etc.
After that we will do a series of exercises to determine your level of fitness (nothing too extreme don't worry)
once we determine your level, we will recommend the best training methods and diet plan along with supplement recommendations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified with all of the nationally recognized top fitness and personal training certifications available along with 18 years of experience
