Roger was very personable, knowledgeable, and provided benefits of exercises that were recommended. He was very flexible and accommodating with workout schedule. He made it very clear, he would support, advice, and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals but your efforts determine the outcome. I wish Roger had a facility in Texas so I could sign up!

I put off getting into shape for a long time, because I was intimidated. After working with Roger, I wish I hadn't waited so long. The results have amazed me. We first do an assessment, we will talk about goals, injuries, medication, surgeries etc.
After that we will do a series of exercises to determine your level of fitness (nothing too extreme don't worry)
once we determine your level, we will recommend the best training methods and diet plan along with supplement recommendations.
