I am originally trained in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, which gives me a deep understanding of movement, posture, and injury prevention.
I have been training for years, combining strength training, calisthenics, and running to develop a strong, functional, and well-balanced body.
I help students lose weight, build muscle, get stronger, and develop an athletic physique, while focusing on proper technique and long-term results.
My approach is practical and adaptable—I work with beginners and more advanced clients, adjusting each session to their level, goals, and lifestyle.
