I believe that fitness should be simple, the more complicated it is, the harder it is to master and stick with it. Fitness should be fun, if you're not having fun you will avoid doing it. And fitness should be accessible to everyone who has the desire to improve themselves. As long as you're willing to do the work, you will always be welcome.
My goal is to provide my clients with the knowledge they need to achieve their goals while also forming healthy habits that will allow them keep those results long term and still enjoy their lives.
Because everyone is on a different journey, each client's program is designed to fit their goals and needs.
I love seeing my clients do things they didn't think they could and reach goals they couldn't even imagine when just starting out. Seeing someone walk a little taller and smile a little bigger because they changed their life inspires me to come to work every day.
That I get to play a small role in helping someone add quality years to their life is the thing I love most about being a fitness coach.
