What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I provide a 30 mins fitness assessement and evaluation and then 30 min workout.

I charge an hourly rate of $70 an hour and have package for 5-10 package sessions.
How did you get started teaching?
I had friends who were yoga teachers and trainers, who I have worked with for over 15 years. They have encouraged and influenced me in my own practices and then I transitioned into personal fitness and training full time after a 20+ career in secondary education and programming.
What types of students have you worked with?
All age groups, from pre-school to the elderly population. Currently, my main age group ranges from 40-76 years old, mostly the baby boomer generation.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have a private client who has Cronhn's disease and recently, he has been doing his own practice at home based on the work we have been doing over the last 5 years together.
he has shared his own sequences of exercises, starting with a warm up, pinnacle poses and cool down. He's self-instructing, which is my primary goal for my clients. It becomes a lifestyle.
