What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I'm always checking your skills and weight my first session. And then, I'm programming to achevie goal individually until next session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everything. Because, I believe Boxing is lifestyle.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Fee:$40 each class. Excluding facility fee ($50/month). Such as Day-Pass or Monthly member Fee.
One Time: 1Hr/$60, 1Hr1/2-$80
Once a Week/Month:$240
Twice a week/Month:$480

How did you get started teaching?
My family heritage and it's my gene. I'm a black belt holder (sword of way) too. It's long time.
What types of students have you worked with?
I worked with not only pro/ama athletes but also, some celebrities, actors, singers, women and kids too.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Boxing is called sweet science. I’ll try to teach simple and effective in short time and repeatable to work at your home.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Boxing is lifestyle. So, first step is to change your eating habit like athletes. Second is to workout regularly. Highly recommand to take lessons twice a week. Third is to have a rest two days dayoff in a week, like Sat and Sun.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
About foods. Stop chalk yourself by cheat meal. There is no cheat meal at all. To eat healthy food is importance of boxing as lifestyle but highly recommended to eat small amount of comfortable foods everyday. For example, rice and bread. Both of are bothering your body sculpting work but to take small amount of carbs help burn fat effectively.
