When you work with me one-on-one, I will not only make sure that you have a safe and effective workout - I will also make sure to provide essential technique corrections and educate you about training so that you will feel confident in your skills when you step into the gym!
I have been a certified personal trainer since 2013, and I consider it my biggest success when I am able to help someone improve their quality of life, whether that is through increased confidence in your abilities, better health, or simply living a happier life because you feel better about how you look!
I have attained personal training certifications through NASM, TRX suspension training, and PTA Global. I competed in NPC figure in 2016 and was coached by an elite professional bodybuilding coach, from whom I learned valuable information about competition prep and bodybuilding. I have also spent hundreds of hours researching and experimenting on myself with various dieting and training techniques so that I could better understand various methods.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We begin with a 10 minute consultation to go over goals, expectations, past injuries, and any other questions or concerns. I'll make a recommendation of frequency and method of training, and then we'll get started. In the beginning the sessions will move at your pace to allow me to assess your skill level and ability to perform exercises with correct technique. Exercise difficulty will progress as your strength, endurance, and technical skill improves.

Personal Training certifications: NASM, TRX, PTA Global

What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with just about every type of client, including teenagers preparing for high school sports, elderly clients needing improved strength, balance and mobility, bodybuilding clients, as well as many clients seeking to simply lose bodyfat and gain muscle.
