My strength training and weight loss programs are tailored to the individual. I also use yoga movement combined with the strength training programs to facilitate muscle flexibility and recovery.
My yoga sessions are a combination of vinyasa flow and pranayama (breath work).
I find my work to be very rewarding as the students reach their physical goals and to see them become mindful in the process.
I love to bring mindfulness into my programs weather it's a yoga session or a strength training session.

This review is a bit overdue, but I made sure that I took the time to write it because Donna deserves it. My girlfriend and I have been seeing her for 2 months now and have seen great results already. I particularly appreciate the holistic approach Donna takes - she is knowledgeable in strength training and in helping recommend the necessary dietary plan to meet your goals. She works well with injuries and emphasized the importance on stretching and nutrients. Personal training is both an investment and demanding. If you're going to do it, you should do it with Donna.
I sit down with the client and find out what their goals are, what their needs are, their motivation for hiring a trainer, how much time they are willing and able to commit to and then make an appointment for a session. After the first session I have a clearer sense of where they are at and so am able to determine the best programme for them.
I became a certified personal trainer in England over 20yrs ago, and came to the US in 96 and acquired my US certification with ACE. So yup I have been doing this for quite some time😑
I started my own yoga practice about 12 yrs ago and did my first teacher training in 2013 and have continued on my path with yoga since then.
I have worked with students of all walks of life and ages from 16 yrs old -70yrs old.
