Sometimes I think people are not aware of what their bodies are truly capable of accomplishing, and by providing the tools, programs and motivation to help them achieve that is a really rewarding experience. Our pricing is customizable and dependent on the type of fitness program. Payments are then made on a monthly basis.
My passion for exercise and fitness started when I was young- I was an "interested in everything" athlete but fell in love with soccer! I went through some tough injuries in high school and college that gave me an appreciation for what the human body is capable of accomplishing!
The types of people of have worked with range from 13 year old developing athletes to 78 year old retirees looking to stay active! I can say I primarily work with individuals looking for weight loss and seniors looking to keep up with their grandkids!
Well it would have to do anything with my 2 year old son! He is your typical non-stop, hyper-active little boy who definitely keeps me on my toes! But I love cultivating is active spirit and keeps me motivated to maintain my own level of fitness!
I would suggest going in to meet with the professional. Sometimes you have to go off the vibes you get from that person and see if their idealism works well with what you are truly looking for!
