My passion for exercise and fitness started when I was young- I was an "interested in everything" athlete but fell in love with soccer! I went through some tough injuries in high school and college that gave me an appreciation for what the human body is capable of accomplishing!
I have worked with a variety of students but my specialty is the active aging population.
Well it would have to do anything with my 2 boys! They are your typical non-stop, hyper-active little boys who definitely keep me on my toes! But I love cultivating their active spirit and it keeps me motivated to maintain my own level of fitness!
I would suggest getting a one on one meeting with the professional. Sometimes you have to go off the vibes you get from that person and see if their idealism works well with what you are truly looking for!
