About
Our goal is to make sure that you are physically and mentally ready to practice your sport by developing athleticism. Once inseason, the goal is to improve athleticism. The methods that we use to develop and improve athleticism are weightlifting, linear conditioning (Straight ahead running), functional conditioning (cone and reactivity drills), jumping, and plyometrics. We will carefully plan and program each workout in a training cycle to ensure that you are fresh (strong).
I was a high school, collegiate, and professional football player. I have served as a collegiate and high school coach and strength and conditioning coach for 18 years. I am certified by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (Cscca), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as a Corrective exercise specialist (CES), and I am certified by Functional Movement Systems (FMS) as a level 1 practitioner.
I have recruited, trained and sport coached numerous NFL football players and NBA hopefuls throughout my career.
I am excited to get to work for you and helping you achieve your goals. Thank you.
