Trainers should not anticipate their clients needing or wanting personal training for the rest of their lives. Working with me you will be educated every step of the way! The purpose is to help you achieve your fitness goal, educate you on the reason for the specific exercises and routine, educate you in goal specific nutrition, develop motivation and determination techniques, and help you be independant!
My personal fitness achievements are very vast. I've lost over 60lbs, been an avid runner, participated in half marathons and various events, and I have trained indeviduals, including myself, with various injuries.

We are going to start with discussing what your fitness goals are. We are going to start by establishing your long term goal, then set your short term goals, and determine what steps you will need to take on a daily and weekly basis to help you be successful!
Our next step is to perform a fitness assessment in order to determine areas for improvement, and to help us determine what routine is going to work best for you specifically. We will cosider any injuries and limitations as well to make sure you are getting the most out of your workouts and they are safest for you! Nutrition coaching will also be available to you. It will personalized and goal specific so you can achieve your goal as effiently as possible.
Our next step is to develop you workout routine that you will be performing on your own, again, very goal specific to you and your level of fitness. Our fitness sessions together will be an hour long. between our session you will be assigned "homework" to help with improving your form and performance.
