About
Training with me at SportperformanceU is top tier because is it not only about the great welcoming environment that we provide, it is about making those young athletes confident in their talent, skills, and individuality and making them become the best version of themselves. Getting them to become more confident with themselves first starts by getting them to understand their differences and what makes them unique. Each individual that we work with gets a program that's tailored to their own capablity and body's needs then their goals. By assessing their body's biomechanical integrity we can create programs that provides the best training for the individual. Whether it's rehab, correctional exercises, injury prevention, or strength & conditioning, we target it all.
I really enjoy interacting and helping expend the knowledge of all the young athletes and grown adult clients we have coming in at SPU. It is a great feeling to help others become great on the path you use to see yourself on. I have been an Athlete my whole life playing soccer and running track and field. Seeing young athletes that don't just love and enjoy their game/sport but has a hunger to make it to their top destination with hard work gets me going and makes me want to help them more.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I run the new student through a Biomechanical Integrity Analysis which is a process that assess the student full functional movement pattern prior to engaging with any exercises. We then talk about their goals and what the analysis tells us about their body.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attain a Bachelors Degree of Exercises Science and Physiology from Mercy College in 2022

Standard Pricing for a Private one on one session is $120
Small Private Group sessions are $65
How did you get started teaching?
I became a Personal Trainer and Athletic Performance Coach at SportperfromanceU, a small private gym in Wilton after completing my Capstone internship back in 2021
What types of students have you worked with?
I have been working with kids and athletes all ages. Tipycally ages 11 to College. I also work with young adults and elderly.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am quite fond of host a speed camp at our facility in Wilton. The speed camp was broken down into 3 groups. Fundamentals (ages 8-11), Middle Schoolers, and High School/ College.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make very good research because you can easily find great coaches with bad programs. See which environment you can learn the most valuable things from.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Student to think about what they drives them the most. What they're lacking the most. Knowing what has work best for them in the past.
