How did you get started teaching?
Always been active in Sports growing up. Joined the Army and Occasionally was tasked out to conduct Physical Training for the Platoon (Group). Once I got out of the Army in 2013 I found Exercise as a method to help with my Mental Health after multiple Combat Deployments and found a program in college that opened up my eyes to so many avenues within Fitness that could not only be beneficial to me but to others I wanted to cross paths with. Upon completion on my Associates Program I went on Externship at a Performance Center for Athletes and fell more in love with movement and how it can benefit all walks of life not only improve an athletes performance.
