    I enjoyed the knowledgable and professional trainers. I didnt feel like I was just getting a cookie cutter workout. My plan was made to fit me and my abilities. It had been difficult to find a trainer that could work with me and an injury that I sustained from a car accident two years ago. Here l felt really supported and understood and was able to get help strengthening the damaged areas of my body and getting back to a point of feeling good about my body and physical health again.
