With 25 years in the fitness industry from massage therapy to group instruction and personal training I have developed a unique approach to offer my clients. I assess each client from the ground up looking for any imbalances in the body such as muscular instabilities and misalignments.
Each program is designed to work with a person's strengths and alleviate their weaknesses so they can function better with less effort and stress on the body.
I love when people start to get more body awareness and get stronger, move more fluidly and accomplish goals they never dreamed they could!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When initially addressing their goals I go back to basics with focus on foundation and body awareness.
The way a person holds their body and moves are essential to designing a program that will help them to function better in everything they do. It is important to see how I can best communicate with a client and knowing their understanding of their body helps me to do that.
I work towards an understanding of how much to push them and how much verbal communication they can process at a time, to gain trust and empower them...a recipe for success!
