My name is Todd B. Cutick, located in Boynton Beach Florida. I recently retired as a systems engineer, and am beginning my new career in health and fitness, a passion project I've wanted to pursue for a long time. I want you to join me on a journey to health, fitness, wellness, and aging well. I specialize in personalized training and nutrition plans tailored to meet your unique needs, especially for older adults.

As a 100% permamantly service disabled veteran, I have worked hard to manage health through a dsciplined diet, exercise, excellent healthcare, and a positive life attitude. I want to share that journey with you to help you do the same.

With a focus on empowering you to achieve your fitness goals and sharing my personal journey to a healthy lifestyle, I offer one-on-one guidance, expert advice, and support, and the motivation that health and wellness challneges can be managed and often overcome. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve your ability to age well, or enhance your overall well-being, I'm here to help you transform your lifestyle and unlock your full potential. I've done it for myself; let me help you do the same. My goal is to not only educate and train using proven, evidence-based information, but to motivate you and create accountability for lifetime success.

I hold my Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Designation from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), am a graduate of Body Design University in Atlanta, GA, and am certiifed as a Silver Sneakers and Flex Instructor with Tivity Health. In addition, as a systems engineer for nearly 45 years, with an MS in Systems Management, I have the experience and education to apply systems thinking to health and fitness.
