About
Founded in 1993, Japan Karate International is based in Miami, Florida, and caters to the surrounding areas. As an institution, they are devoted to the practice and propagation of traditional Japanese Karate. Their style of choice is Shotokan, a widely adopted and competitive form of Karate. The teachings are based on the techniques passed down from the great masters towards their Chief Instructor, Yasuyoshi Saito. With over 40 years of teaching experience under his belt, Saito ensures that students learn discipline, self-confidence, concentration and improve physical conditioning.
