With over 10yrs experience, degree in sports medicine and NASM certified. We approach all programs with the most up to date information availible with empathy and understanding of any obsticles that may come.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initially we do an assessment/workout looking for any postural inbalances, and or overactive/underactive muscles that could compromise basic movement patterns (kenetic chain). Strength and endurance levels are also tested to determine which phase of our program the prospect will start. Nutrition, short/long term goals, exercise frequency and training availibility are also discussed. This first meeting is a FREE consultation.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on length of session and commentment level, we offer 30-45-60mins sessions in a 1on1 - 1on2 - 1on3+group format. Prices range from $15 to $85 per session or consultations.
