My son asked me once if I had one special power what would it be?... My answer is to help heal people and make them feel better. I haven't been able to figure out how to have special powers in this world yet so the closest thing to that is guiding busy individuals to become the healthiest version of themselves

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Scheduling a complimentary session is the first step to building our relationship. This gives me a chance to get to know you and understand your desired goals and what your next steps should be. During this process you also are able to learn about me and go in deeper into how I'm able to help you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After graduating from FAU with an education degree I found the love for nutrition and health. I enrolled into IIN in New York to follow my path for health coaching. Continued my education with some intense nutrional programs in Europe and finally finishing my program at International Sports Science Association.
