    Rodney is very patient and supportive. He will push you but he does so in a motivational way. This is the longest I’ve stuck to a personal trainer and it’s because he makes the sessions really enjoyable and versatile. 10/10 recommend him as a trainer. As a female who used to feel a little uncomfortable in the weightlifting section of the gym, after working with Rodney and letting him guide my poster and routines, I now feel more confident and comfortable working with certain machinery and equipment.     The typical process for working with a new client starts with a Introduction workout where we begin to set goals, go over schedule, and meal planning.

    Next we set up a day to get a body composition test to get an exact timeline down.

    Then I create a personalized workout plan based on all the information gathered 

    And finally, we begin our training where I will lead and coach you every step of the way.
