What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The typical process for working with a new client starts with a Introduction workout where we begin to set goals, go over schedule, and meal planning.
Next we set up a day to get a body composition test to get an exact timeline down.
Then I create a personalized workout plan based on all the information gathered
And finally, we begin our training where I will lead and coach you every step of the way.
