What is your typical process for working with a new student?

1. We start with a numbers of question of there goals and medical history

2. We give you a fitness assessment   

3. Give you meals and fitness advice 

4. We will help you melt your fat away and get you to your goals


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was a former swimmer, gymnast, volleyball player, baseball player, collegiant basketball player and a pro boxer


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Private classes we start $75 a hr and $40 half hr

group classes it 85+tax with a credit card on file must give us a month prior to cancel or $120 cash


How did you get started teaching?

As a former pro athlete, I see alot of people that are being tought wrong. I want to teach any client the right way of doing it and keeping you results

Well fonded by all type of training: Boxing, KB conditioning training, Circuit Training, TRX, Stroops


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure you are getting tought by someone who has experience in teaching you what you pay for and has actually been in competition for what they are teaching and they was good at it also

Just express how much you want to learn the art you choose and know what they want
