Hi. I'm Janeil. I've been certified and working with clients since 2006. Some say Fitness is my passion, I say helping others evolve and grow into happier beings is what my passion truly is.

Thankfully through Fitness and well being I've been able to help so many build themselves up into more confident beings.

I believe communication is key to all long lasting relationships. I make it a priority to listen to my clients with an open mind and a laser focus to our goal.

It's so easy to get overwhelmed with life, I take the responsibility of helping each client get closer to their goals each day.

I enjoy helping clients create a new level of self awareness within with their workouts. Not just doing the moments, but understanding and connecting with the muscles that are the primary movement depending on the exercise. No right or wrong.. just different intentions with a more effective approach on my opinion. Awareness, Focus and Execution!

Frequently asked questions

1. Learn about clients goals. previous/current training history. Injuries, and lifestyle. 

2. Do an assessment workout. This varies based on the individual and their goals. 

3. Create a training protocol, in alignment with goals and  lifestyle. 

My lessons or sessions  are $120 p/s. 
packages of 5, 10, 15 or 20 can be bought. 
Each packages expires after 90 days. 
I also do have a 12 hour cancellation notice requirement. 

Any sessions cancelled without a  12 hour notice will be forefeited. This works both way. If I ever cancel without a 12 hour notice. Your next lesson is free. Time is everything! 

I played in a basketball league when I was in high school. In the semi finals at one of our games, I tore both my ACL and Miniscus. 

Not going through surgery, hindered my ability to safely play on the court, which led me to dig into a sport with a more controlled environment. I was already taking weightlifting in school, it was honestly my favorite class.. 
Getting obsessed with rehabing my knee and building my own physique led me to read and learn a lot about fitness, anatomy and nutrition. 

With my own progress coming along, many at the gym would naturally ask for advice. Seeing that the advice I was sharing was helping them not only achieve progres but it also helped them create more happiness within. 
I knew I wanted to do this. I knew I would. 

For many, many years I coached and organized my own Bootcamp classes. There I learned to work with all ages, both men and women, and all sorts of restrictions from injuries, living abilities, etc.   


I work with anyone that wants to work on improving. Understanding that it's always me vs me. 
I currently have both men and women in my schedule ranging from 20 to 70 years of age. 

Without a doubt, my most recent event imfind of, would be this present moment. The power of Now. I truly believe nothing matters more Than now. The past is gone, and tomorrow isn't here yet. 

However I did get married to my best everything less than 2 months ago.. super grateful!
