Ocala ITO Taekwon-Do, based in Ocala, Florida, is dedicated to the development and promotion of Taekwon-do, in line with the philosophy and biomechanics parameters established by the Founder, Gral. Choi Hong Hi. The institution offers outdoor and private classes for children, teens, and adults, helping them learn self-defense skills while improving strength and balance. It carries forward the legacy of Taekwon-do as a universal Art of Self Defense, originally taught to the South Korea Armed Forces, and now practiced worldwide.
