We are a Father and Son "Double Team", possessing many years of Athletic, Coaching, and Personal Training experience, achievements and accolades. We have come together for our true love of Fitness and Training and to serve and assist in helping the well-being of those who need us most. Our main Mission and Goal is to focus our business solely on helping YOU to Achieve YOUR desired Goals and Ambitions, and at your desired pace, frequency, and preferred location. With our diverse backgrounds encompassing many years of Athletic Training, Body Building, TRX Training, Fitness Training, HIIT Training, NCAA / NAIA Basketball, and Coaching and Playing multiple Sports, we are able to fine tune a program squarely focused on getting you the results you truly desire, and really want to achieve, while keeping you excited and motivated along the way. We have the ability and knowledge to train any age person, at any current level of fitness. We listen to what you want to accomplish, and then together we design a laser focused, totally personalized, tried and true program, arranged specifically for you. And if time or travel logistics are an issue, we now offer Personal Training online as well! What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will arrange a FREE, NO OBLIGATION initial phone call or personal appointment, to meet face to face. We will then address and assess all of YOUR Goals and Desired Outcomes, and proceed from there formulating a Detailed and very Specific Recommended Plan, tailored Specifically for YOU.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer (T213015), as well as a member of the US Registry of Exercise Professionals (USREPS). I am also CPR / AED Certified. In addition, I am an Apopka Soccer Club Coach for a U10 Divisional Team. I have been personally enjoying Fitness, Wellness and utilizing and teaching multiple Training Modalities for the better part of 25 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We will cover it all during our initial consultation or phone call, however, I do offer discounts off of my hourly rate based upon several factors. I am here to help you achieve your personal goals, while working around your budget in doing so!
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching because I have Personally Trained, Coached, and Practiced Fitness for Many Years and it only made sense that I now help others to become physically Fit, Active, and to lead a Healthy lifestyle.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of customers, with a variety of unique situations. From the Youth to our Senior population, and everyone in between.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am currently The Youth Soccer Coach for the Apopka Recreation League. We are the Firewolves, and we are a Division U10 Team that is a force to be reckoned with!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do your due diligence, and make certain that your Trainer has actually trained someone, as well as, holds a Professional Certified Training License, at a minimum.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I would highly recommend thinking about your personal goals, your availability schedule to train, and what you would love to accomplish overall and the most.
