About
Being dual degreed and earning several fitness certifications, I can honestly offer my clients knoweldge and skills that many trainers can't. I have empathy, having endured many injuries/surgeries over the years, I undertsand the necessity of modifying activities for success. I also understand there is no cookbook approach to fitness. Personal training is just that, personal.
I enjoy seeing my clients progress in weight loss. I love hearing stories on how our exercises sessions helped them in daily life situations. I take before and during the journey pictures. Seeing the expressions when clients see side by side pictures is the most rewarding feeling. Whether it was weight loss or posture improvements, changing lives makes me happy and truly love what I do.
