What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Phone consultation. Followed by a free Evaluation workout and assessment of their abilities and goals! Building a foundation from the ground up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started wrestling in HS where I was ranked in the top ten. Later transferred to MMA and kickboxing where i built my foundation with American Top Team and got to see first hand how the best in the world train
